REFUND POLICY
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges. This means all items are FINAL SALE. By using this site (“xquisitevibez.com”) you are accepting these terms and conditions.
- If item is damaged upon receipt, we will exchange it for the same product once damaged is in our warehouse. You have 24 hours from the time you accept the package to report it by emailing us directly at xquisitebabez@gmail.com. We are not responsible for any shipping cost to reship.

Orders cannot be changed or modified once placed. All sales are final
SHIPPING POLICY.
Processing time 3-5 days (before shipping)
3-5 day shipping once scanned in by USPS.
priority shipping - priority shipping is the same processing time, only difference is your package will arrive in 2 days after scanned in by USPS
international shipping - 7-21+ days outside of the USA.
Once your package has been sent out, I am not responsible for your package once in USPS’s facility.
It’s USPS’s job to deliver your package.
WRONG ADDRESS - the customer is responsible for adding the correct address at checkout. If your package was delivered somewhere in your town other than your residence, please contact USPS
MISSING PACKAGE - if your package goes missing by USPS, a refund will be issued for the products ONLY - No refund on shipping.
DELIVERED- If your package is marked delivered and it’s not in your mailbox, please contact USPS - they will get in contact with your mail person to see where they left the package.
INVALID ADDRESS - if your address doesn’t contain a house number, correct city, town, zip code, you will be contacted via email , text message to get the correct address. If theirs no answer, you will be refunded in 24 hours.
if your package gets sent back to me due to invalid address your order will be refunded - not shipping
